Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of beyondbezels.com and any purchase, sale, trade, consignment, or service transaction with Beyond Bezels LLC (“Beyond Bezels”). By using the site or doing business with us, you agree to these terms.

All watches are pre-owned unless stated otherwise. Each piece is authenticated by our in-house watchmakers before listing. Prices are in USD and may change without notice until an order is confirmed and paid.

Payment methods include major cards, bank wire, and 1,000+ cryptocurrencies through our settlement partners. Crypto payments settle at the USD price at the time of invoice.

Orders are not final until payment clears. We may cancel and refund any order in cases of pricing error, authentication concern, or suspected fraud.

Orders ship fully insured with signature required. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Unless a listing says otherwise, watches may be returned within 3 days of delivery in the exact condition received, with all tags and seals intact. Merchandise and sized or modified items are final sale.

Watches serviced or sold by Beyond Bezels carry the warranty stated on the invoice; manufacturer warranties may also apply where unexpired.

Offers and valuations are estimates until we physically inspect the watch. Final offers may differ from online estimates based on condition, completeness, service history, and market movement.

You represent that any watch you sell, trade, or consign to us is yours, free of liens, and not stolen. We report suspected stolen property to law enforcement.

Service estimates are provided after intake inspection. Additional work is performed only with your approval. Unclaimed items may be subject to storage fees after 90 days of notice.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Staff and client areas are access-controlled; sharing credentials is prohibited. You agree not to misuse the site, scrape at abusive rates, or interfere with its operation.

Site content, photography, and the Beyond Bezels brand are our property. Watch brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; Beyond Bezels is an independent dealer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands we sell unless stated.

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beyond Bezels is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the item or service at issue.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, unless we mutually agree to arbitration.
