Beyond Bezels LLC (“Beyond Bezels,” “we,” “us”) operates beyondbezels.com, a pre-owned luxury watch dealership with in-house watchmaking services, merchandise drops, and the WatchTrack client platform. You can reach us at jon@beyondbezels.com.

Contact details you give us through forms (name, email, phone number) when you request a valuation, sell or trade a watch, book a service, join a drop list, or contact us.

Transaction information related to purchases, sales, trades, and service work, including order history and fulfillment details.

Account information if you sign in to our client or staff areas (email address and authentication identifiers).

Usage and analytics data such as pages viewed, events, device and browser information, collected through Google Analytics and similar tools.

Communications you send us by email, SMS, phone, or social channels.

To respond to inquiries, prepare valuations and offers, and complete purchases, sales, trades, and repairs.

To operate WatchTrack, our CRM, including follow-ups, appointment reminders, and service status updates.

To send marketing communications you have opted into, such as merch drop notifications. You can opt out at any time.

To measure and improve our site, content, and advertising, including retargeting audiences where permitted.

To meet legal, tax, anti-fraud, and record-keeping obligations.

We use trusted processors to run the business: Shopify (storefront and checkout), GoHighLevel (CRM, messaging, and social scheduling), Google (Analytics and YouTube), Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snap (advertising pixels, only where enabled), and payment processors including cryptocurrency settlement partners.

These providers receive only the data needed to perform their service and are bound by their own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and pixels for analytics and, where enabled, retargeting. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of personalized ads through your platform ad settings.

We retain records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized staff, and our systems use encryption in transit and role-based access controls.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing. Email jon@beyondbezels.com to exercise any of these rights and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
