Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?
Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether (ERC-20 and TRC-20), USD Coin and over 1,000 additional tokens through our payment gateway. If your coin is tradeable on a major exchange, we can almost certainly accept it.
Can I send a wire instead and still settle in crypto?
Yes. Wires, ACH, RTP and SEPA can be received and converted to USDT on arrival, so you can fund a purchase from your business bank account without touching an exchange.
How do you protect against scam or flash coins?
Every incoming payer is screened in real time. Flash-minted tokens, scam contracts and sanctioned wallets are rejected before the funds are credited to your invoice, and coverage of up to $1M is available on qualifying transfers.
Do you offer a discount for paying in crypto?
Crypto purchases avoid traditional card and chargeback fees, so we pass part of that saving back to you. Ask us for the current crypto rebate when you request an invoice.
How is the exchange rate calculated?
The invoice is priced in USD and converted to the coin of your choice at the real-time mid-market rate, locked for 15 minutes. Stablecoins settle 1:1.
Is my payment refundable?
Yes. If we cannot fulfill the order, or if the watch fails authentication, your crypto is refunded in the same coin at the same USD value within two business days.
Can I pay partially in crypto and partially by wire?
Absolutely. Large transactions can be split across crypto, wire, and trade-in credit. Contact us before checkout and we will structure it.
Is there a real person I can speak to before sending funds?
